Explore LA's Historic Waterfront

This 10.4 mile ride focuses onhow the Harbor Region of LA contributes to the region's unique history. The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach continue to be one of the engines of America’s economy, servicing almost 40% of imports into the US and acting as the main point of entry for goods from all over Asia. This unique location was revered by the Native Americans who were the original inhabitants of this land and once the Spanish took control, they too recognized the importance of the natural harbor.
