Join us on our virtual LA Rivers Challenge: Ride, Walk, or Run LA’s Historic Waterways the entire month of June!!
Join LACBC this June for a month long virtual challenge that’s good for you and good for LA. 2020 was supposed to mark 20 years of our River Ride, but we had to put our beloved event on hold due to the pandemic. We're making up for it in 2021 by inviting you to 30 days of riding, walking and running the historic waterways of Los Angeles!
The LA Rivers challenge is all about doing the mileage goal that is best for you. Select the goal that excites you, tests your abilities, or that you can do with your family. There is a distance to ride, walk, or run for everyone!!
Registration is just $40 with proceeds going to support LACBC and for the first time you can also support healthy, sustainable and equitable streets by choosing to fundraise for LACBC while meeting your mileage goals. You can earn great prizes at key fundraising milestones and will qualify for The 2021 LA Rivers Challenge Drawing to win one of our grand prizes including new bikes!! Whatever your contribution, you will be supporting the work of LACBC, as we make Los Angeles a healthier, more equitable, and fun place to ride, walk and run.
The past year has meant massive change for us in nearly every aspect of our lives, so it is fitting that we draw inspiration from the LA landmarks where we have ridden together every June for the past 19 years. Just as the Los Angeles River has endured many changes, so can we.

$ 50 Total - You Earn a Commemorative 2021 LA Rivers Challenge T-Shirt
$150 Total - You Earn everything at the $50 level plus a high-end LA Rivers Water Bottle AND be entered into a drawing for one of an assortment of Road Runner Bags
$300 Total - You Earn everything at the $50 and $150 levels plus a 2021 Bike Jersey or Running/Walking Shirt AND be entered into a drawing for an REI prize package
$500 Total - You Earn all rewards above AND are entered into a limited drawing for one of five free BIKES!!
