Nopal Smoothie Recipe

1 - Nopal pad

1 - Green apple

1 - Peeled orange

1 - Cup cold water

1 - Cold Soy milk

1 - Lime

1/2 Ounce Ginger

Dice everything. Place in blender. Add water, soy milk, and ginger. Blend. Add lime juice to taste. The suggested dosage is 1.5 cups 2x a day if you are having any gastrointestinal issues. You may replace the soy milk with water. Do not add any type of sugar. Sugar changes the chemistry of the smoothie.  Enjoy!
